Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! However, please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule if my schedule cannot accommodate the delay. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance but will be applied to your total service cost when the appointment proceeds as planned.
